With more than 32 years of restaurant experience in the Tampa Bay area, Will boasts a fine dining background, flavored with pure Florida soul.
He has had the opportunity to cook for many celebrity diners, including: Angela Bassett, Dick Vitale, Keyshawn Johnson, Michael Alstott, Randy “Macho Man” Savage, and Tampa Bay Times food critic, Laura Reily!
